STATIONS OF THE CROSS

On Tuesdays in Lent Stations of the Cross will be in English during Adoration. On Fridays there will be Stations of the Cross in Polish at 7:30 p.m. and in Croatian at 8:00 p.m. Gorzkie Żale (Polish) will be at 10:40 a.m. Sunday before Mass.


ARCHBISHOP’S CATHOLIC APPEAL

If you did not receive a commitment card in the mail, ledge envelopes will be available in the church. Please note: checks should be written payable to the Archbishop’s Catholic Appeal. This year’s goal for St. Stanislaus Parish is $6,317.98.

LENTEN REGULATIONS

Catholics between the ages of 18 and 59 are obliged to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good
Friday. In addition, all Catholics 14 years old and older must abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and all the Fridays of Lent. Fasting as explained by the U.S. bishops means partaking of only one full meal and two smaller meals that do not
equal the main meal.

SOLEMNITY OF ST. JOSEPH – March 19th

St. Joseph is honored in the Church as Her universal patron, and this patronage is celebrated this year on March 19th. Adoration will be at 10 a.m. and Mass
at 11 a.m. in English and 7 p.m. Adoration, Mass and Rosary in Polish

PLANS FOR REPLACEMENT OF STATIONS OF THE CROSS IN THE CHURCH

If someone would like to be a sponsor of one of the paintings of the Stations of the Cross, please contact Fr. Piotr. Each Station of the Cross will cost $2,000. We also welcome donations from people who are unable to sponsor a painting but would like to contribute to this project. So far, we have received $6,250 for the Stations of the Cross.
