During Lent, Catholics age 14 and older must not eat meat on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays in Lent. Good Friday is also a day of fasting – all Catholics ages 18 to 59 may eat only one full meal and two smaller meals.

NEW AUXILIARY BISHOP FOR PORTLAND
